Night Guardians Return & Refund Policy — 30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-day free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items purchased from night-guardians.myshopify.com.

To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@nightguardians.org. Include your order number, description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

For eligible returns in the United States, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom, we provide a free return shipping label. Please do not mail any product back without contacting us first to receive the correct return instructions, as our products are fulfilled by different production partners.

If a refund or replacement is approved, we will provide next steps. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
