Night Guardians Return & Refund Policy
Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please do not mail any product back without contacting us first. Because our products may be fulfilled by different production partners, the correct return instructions depend on the item and order.
If a refund or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
